Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy Worstead area factory. Roles include working on a production line removing blemished or damaged potatoes, chips and wedges, and ensuring only quality products are packed for delivery.

The job offers full time and part time night shift opportunities (19:00–07:00) with on-site work and a supportive team. Full training is provided, and staff benefit from weekly pay and holiday entitlement for full-time workers.

Responsibilities

• Work on a busy production line, removing blemished or damaged potatoes, chips and wedges.
• Ensure only quality products are packed and prepared for delivery.
• Assist with packing products to company specifications when required.
• Carry out cleaning, sweeping and inspection duties to maintain a safe and tidy work area.
• Work indoors and outdoors, including muddy or dusty conditions.
• Maintain good manufacturing and hygiene standards.
• Report any accidents or near misses to management.
• Complete all required training and follow company procedures.

Job description

Contract Personnel are recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to work in the Worstead area. This factory is accessible via train from Norwich station. There are full time and part time night shift opportunities available.

Duties include:

• Work on a busy production line, removing blemished or damaged potatoes, chips and wedges.
• Ensure only quality products are packed and prepared for delivery.
• Assist with packing products to company specifications when required.
• Carry out cleaning, sweeping and inspection duties to maintain a safe and tidy work area.
• Work indoors and outdoors, including muddy or dusty conditions.
• Maintain good manufacturing and hygiene standards.
• Report any accidents or near misses to management.
• Complete all required training and follow company procedures.
• Monday to Thursday (or part time)
• Nights: 19:00 until 07:00
