Job summary

Gap Personnel is assisting a client in Hethel, Norfolk to recruit a Production Operative for a busy site. You will perform picking and packing tasks with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role supports teamwork to meet daily production targets.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 with two 30‑minute breaks. Pay is £12.71 per hour, and there is potential for a temp-to-perm transition based on performance.

We are currently seeking reliable a hardworking Production Operative to join our clients team based in Hethel, Norfolk.

Important:Due to the location, there is no local public transport available, so your own transport is essential.

Shifts:Monday to Friday working schedule, 2x30-minute breaks per day

Hours:Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00
