Overview of the Position

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic warehouse operative to join our team in Mallusk. As a Production Operative, you will be part of a skilled team manufacturing high-quality doors for the construction and service industries. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and set up various machines within the Production Manufacturing departments
• Complete all paperwork in accordance with Quality Management Systems
• Pick and pack orders
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Maintain clear communication with managers and supervisors
• Keep the work environment clean and safe
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Follow all company policies
• Perform reasonable requests from managers or supervisors

Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
