Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Production Operative for a short-term role in Newbury. The position offers a 9:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday schedule with an £12.71 per hour pay rate and an immediate start.

The role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks in a busy workshop, including material preparation, finishing processes, quality checks, packing, and assist with loading/unloading goods. Ideal for reliable, detail‑oriented workers who can work independently or as part of a team.
