We are seeking a diligent and skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products to specified quality standards, utilizing various area equipment across departments including Metallics, Cleanroom, Ink Jet, Mold Shop, and Stores. Adherence to all company policies and Health and Safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set machinery to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Work with Senior Operators and team members to maintain production flow.
• Use measuring equipment to verify product conformity.
• Assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive approach to manufacturing tasks.
• Be flexible and willing to undertake training.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow all Health and Safety regulations.
• Work well in a team and independently when needed.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grade C or above, demonstrating good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Desirable: A Levels or higher education qualifications, Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.

Salary & Hours

£13.49 per hour for a 39-hour week. Training provided. Working days are Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, and half-day Fridays. There is also an option to work late shifts, Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm – 12:00am, and Fridays 11am – 4pm.
