Job description

Simple Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative for a Temporary opportunity with our client in Warminster.

Monday to Friday
7.00am to 4.00pm (30min morning break & 1hour lunch break)

Weekly Pay
Holiday Accrual

The Job:

• To follow and learn the company’s ago old techniques
• To be involved in the process of turning barley into malt ready for distilling
• To plough and turn the barley by hand in a timely and efficient manner
• Transfer the barley by hand from floor to floor
• To load and level the kiln bed as quickly as possible

About You:

• Due to extremely physically demanding nature of the role it is essential for candidates to be physically fit
• The right candidate will have a strong desire to learn a new skill and progress with the role as a career
• The right candidate will be a great team player and able to communicate effectively with others
• You must be able to work every other weekend
