Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Production Operative in Lewes (Whitesmith) to reliably pick, pack and quality-check items from the production line. You'll help maintain smooth operations and ensure orders are ready for dispatch, while following health and safety procedures.

The role offers consistent work on a Monday to Friday schedule with a standard 09:00–17:30 shift, weekly pay at £12.71 per hour, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Production Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Lewes (Whitesmith) | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30 | £12.71

Job Summary:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for collecting items from the production line and ensuring they are accurately picked and packed according to company standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations and ensuring products are ready for dispatch.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collecting items from the production line efficiently and safely
• Picking products according to order specifications
• Packing items securely and accurately for shipment
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with other general production tasks as required

Preferable for this position but not essential:

• Access to own vehicle
