Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Manufacturing Operative to support a busy print factory in Uckfield. This role provides consistent work with weekly pay, and involves operating print machinery, setting up equipment, and ensuring quality. You will pick/pack orders and prepare goods for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

Work as part of a team to meet daily targets, adhering to health and safety rules. Temporary with potential for permanent placement and a quick registration process.

Location: Uckfield

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday Days: 08:00 - 17:00 - £12.71 per hour

Rotating Days: 06:00-18:00 Week 1 (Thursday-Saturday) - £12.71 per hour

Rotating Days: 06:00-18:00 Week 2 (Monday-Wednesday) - £12.71 per hour

Fixed Continental Nights: 18:00-06:00 (Sunday-Tuesday) - £13.21 per hour

Fixed Continental Nights: 18:00-06:00 (Wednesday-Friday) - £13.21 per hour

Job Summary

• Preparing goods for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks on products.
• Loading and unloading materials safely
• Completing production paperwork and logging output
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
