Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative in Newhaven to support daily warehouse operations. You will assist with receiving, storing and dispatching goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include picking, packing, reworking orders into correct SKUs, and maintaining stock records. Training is provided for warehouse systems and scanners, with weekly pay and potential temp-to-perm progression.

Warehouse Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 07:30 - 16:00

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to assist our client in Newhaven. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets.

• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
