Job summary

Gap Personnel are recruiting on behalf of Ornua Foods for 18 Production Operatives in Leek. You will work in a fast-paced dairy packing environment with training provided and a focus on quality. Punctual and motivated applicants are encouraged.

Shifts include days and nights with weekly pay. Days: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotation; Nights: 10pm-6am. Pay rates start at £13.38 per hour (OT applicable). Free on-site parking and an on-site canteen are available.

Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are recruiting for 18 Production Operatives (12 x days, 6 x nights) to join our client in Leek, ST13

Ornua has been present in the UK for 100 years and today is one of the leading suppliers of dairy products in the UK.

Job: Production Operative

Working hours:

Days - Monday to Friday (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Rotating)

Nights – Sunday to Thursday (10pm to 6am)

Pay:

Days - £13.38 per hour, OT rate of £20.07 and £26.76 per hour

Nights - £15.38 per hour, OT rate of £23.07 and £30.76 per hour

The role:

You will be working as a production operative in a fast-paced environment, packing and palletising cheese and ensuring a good quality of product is being distributed. There will be an induction beforehand to make you aware of site rules and expectations. We are looking for someone who is punctual, keen and motivated. It is a cold environment so warm clothing is advised. PPE will be provided if the applicant does not have any. No experience is needed as training is provided.
