Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy food production site in Kingswinford. You will join a team on fast-paced production lines, packing finished products and carrying out quality checks.

Full-time roles with rotating shifts 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime and potential for permanent employment. Training provided; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Production Operatives - Kingswinford

We're recruiting Packers / Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food production site in Kingswinford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent position for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing:

• Working on fast-paced production lines
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Stacking boxes and trays safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures

Previous experience within a food production environment would be beneficial, and any food hygiene or health & safety qualifications are an advantage. However, full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Shift Patterns:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• (Weekly rotating shifts)
