Pin Point Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives in the North Tyneside area for a global leader in manufacturing. The role offers a 2-shift pattern (days and nights) with a 12-week probation before a potential permanent placement, and a pay rate of £16.03 per hour on a temp-to-perm basis. Shifts are 12-hour continental, with every other weekend off.

Days run 06:30–18:30 and Nights 18:30–06:30. This position requires energy, reliability and a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced

Pin Point Recruitment is looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area

Shifts:

• 2 Shift Pattern - 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights
• (Every other weekend off)
• Days 06:30 - 18:30
• Nights 18:30 - 06:30

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work space.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
