Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is recruiting Production Operatives for our jam factory in Histon (CB24 9NR). The role includes rotating shifts and a 39-hour week, with a temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks and full training provided.

Daily tasks include processing and testing products, recording results, and maintaining high accuracy. Applicants should have prior experience and be able to commute to Histon with own transport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is required.
• Commute to Histon, CB24 9NR.
• Own transport required due to no public transport available.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and test products in accordance with company procedures and specifications.
• Record test results clearly and accurately, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
• Identify when test results are outside specification and follow the correct procedures to investigate and address issues.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, as errors or incorrect results can have significant financial consequences.
• Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible when handling products and recording results.
• Be a quick learner with the ability to understand and follow testing procedures effectively.
• Work carefully and methodically, remaining focused and alert to minimise mistakes.

We are recruiting for Production Operatives.

PAY:

£15.10p/h basic, plus shift premium if applicable. Up to £19.55p/h

Temp to perm after 12 weeks if reaching required standarts.

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our team in HISTON, CB24 9NR at our Jam factory.

Average of 39-hours per week, including a 30-minute paid break.

Rotating shifts.

  18:00 - 06:00(Monday to Wednesday)
