Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy Hull-based food manufacturing site. The role offers day or night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off pattern, with training provided and potential progression to a permanent contract.

Duties include assembling pork products, packing and labelling, handling meat, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety on the production line. Weekly pay and on-site parking are included.

Responsibilities

Working hours:
Day Shift - 6:00am - 6:00pm, 4 On / 4 Off. Night Shift - 6:00pm - 6:00am, 4 on / 4 off

Due to continued demand, we have multiple immediate opportunities for Production Operatives to join the team on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with both day and night shifts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing, full-time employment, with the potential to progress to a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Assembling pork products ready for packaging
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Handling and moving meat products
• Continuously checking product quality on the production line
• Following work instructions and production procedures
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times
• Following all Health & Safety requirements
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Working independently when required and as part of a wider production team

Please note that this is a physically active role and involves handling meat products in a food manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous food production, manufacturing or factory experience would be advantageous, but is not essential, as training will be provided.
