myenergi Ltd is a progressive and innovative company headquartered in Stallingborough, with subsidiaries in Germany, Benelux, Northern Ireland, Australia, and plans for global expansion. We specialize in designing and manufacturing groundbreaking renewable energy technology products.

As a production worker, you will work on the assembly line, operate factory equipment (assembly and testing), assemble and inspect products, and adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining factory equipment, assembling products electronically and mechanically, and preparing products for distribution. Working hours will be spent in a factory environment, requiring moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting. Handling or transporting hazardous chemicals or fragile products may be necessary, with safety gear like goggles and gloves to be worn regularly.

Responsibilities:
  • Start assembly and production machinery at the beginning of each shift.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper assembly via testing.
  • Address and fix issues with production equipment and machinery with support.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation.
  • Assemble product parts by hand mechanically.
  • Use power tools to solder, drill, and attach parts.
  • Inspect products for quality and remove faulty items, logging nonconformance.
  • Affix labels, logos, and exterior details as instructed.
  • Pack completed products for shipment.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of your work area.
  • Unload, organize, and replenish stock as instructed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines related to production and material handling.
  • Adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Meet production deadlines.
  • Report issues to the Team Leader.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Physical dexterity to assemble small, delicate parts.
  • Ability to interpret equipment logic stops and monitors.
  • Knowledge of production equipment structure and function.
  • Ability to identify machinery malfunctions and troubleshoot.
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cautiously and efficiently in hazardous conditions.
  • Knowledge of factory safety procedures.
  • Skill in using power tools safely and effectively.
  • Effective time management and efficiency.
