RPS is currently working on behalf of a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturing company that is looking for a Production Operative to join their team at the Farnborough site.

With 180 employees at this location, you have the opportunity to join a high-tech company with a strong order book extending into 2025 and beyond.

For this Production Operative role, you should ideally:

1. Have production line experience within a manufacturing environment.
2. Be able to follow work drawings, carry out assemblies, soldering, and testing.
3. Be able to work as part of a team and report daily work activities to a team leader.
4. Ideally (but not essential), have experience in an aerospace or automotive company.
