THE ROLE:

• Understanding and correctly interpreting Virtual Work Ticket
• Account for all working time using SFDC systems (Shop Floor Data Capture)
• Operate the machine to meet quality standards and planned volume to optimize output, using minimal waste.
• Operate the Shrinkwrap machinery for packing flat or folded leaflets.
• Produce labels for packing trays and boxes.
• Operate counting machine and pack in the flat pack area.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping to pharmaceutical standards.
• Undertake all duties in accordance with current operating procedures and quality policies. Ensure understanding of all such policies and procedures.
• Assist in general and routine maintenance of folding machines and equipment; advise supervisor or management of any maintenance required.
• Raise maintenance issues on CWorks.
• Load flat leaflet sheets, tagserts, and other leaflet components.
• Resolve minor running issues, including unblocking the machine and restarting the process when safe to do so.

WORKING HOURS:

You will work a continental shift pattern that includes days and nights:

• Days: 6:30am - 6:30pm
• Nights: 6:30pm - 6:30am
