Job summary

4Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Engineering Specialist to join a technical production team based in Farnborough. You will ensure products leave the workshop fully tested, calibrated and built to a high standard, handling wiring, assembly, testing and repair of production equipment including radar units.

The role suits someone with electro‑mechanical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and practical experience in wiring, soldering, crimping, cable assembly

Responsibilities

• Supporting development teams with prototype builds.
• Providing cover for goods in/out during annual leave.
• Following work instructions, drawings and diagrams accurately.
• Ensuring products are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.

This is a key role focused on ensuring products leave the workshop fully tested, calibrated and built to a high standard. You will be responsible for the wiring, assembly, testing, fault finding and repair of production equipment, as well as supporting the build and calibration of radar units.
