Travail Employment Group is seeking a Production Operative in Worksop. This hands-on role involves operating and setting up production machinery, maintaining quality and efficiency, and supporting a small team.

Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary of £13.45 per hour.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Practical problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physical tasks.

Duties of the production operative include:

• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following instructions accurately to complete production tasks
• Taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting team objectives
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies

The production operative must have:
