Job summary

Employee Finder Ltd is seeking a Production Assembler in Fareham for a permanent role with a salary range of £25,989 to £32,645. You will build and test components to drawings and aerospace standards, ensuring quality and traceability throughout the assembly process.

Production Assembler | £25,989 to £32,645 depending on experience | Permanent | Fareham

Our client is an aerospace manufacturer in Fareham. You will build and test components and assemblies to drawings and aerospace standards.

You need experience in at least two of these: mechanical assembly, laser or dot peen marking, grit blasting, soldering to J-STD-001, encapsulation or potting, induction brazing, electrical testing. You must read drawings and work instructions, use SAP at a basic level and have good manual dexterity, good eyesight and normal colour vision. You will join in 5S and kaizen activity. Manual turning, coil winding or electron beam welding is a bonus.
