Core Responsibilities & Duties as a Production Operative

• Operate and control equipment
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
• Work as part of a team
• Conduct quality checks
• Fill out paperwork
• Operate machines
• Provide support to the Factory team when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate for long periods in a brick-cutting environment (full training provided)
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods, including coming in and out of the warehouse environment
• Ability to work 6-8 hours per day in a factory assembly environment
• Previous experience as a Production Operative is essential
