Production Operative

Location: East Kent

Salary: GBP 12.25 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Due to high demand, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Production Operative seeking permanent roles within a fantastic company that values its employees and believes in career progression.

This role is within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working in a busy manufacturing environment, assisting with the production of life-saving devices.
2. Operating industrial machinery/equipment safely.
3. Maintaining attention to detail when preparing products.
4. Ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard.
5. Working across different sections of production, including cutting, bending, welding (through progression), securing, and assembling.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A positive attitude towards work and a commitment to high standards.
2. Punctuality and reliability.
3. The ability to use your own initiative and common sense.
4. Health and safety awareness skills.
5. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
