Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Process / Production Operative in Penrith, Cumbria. The role involves ensuring health and safety, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the production plan on track in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will work within a small team, handle manual tasks, and be flexible for various duties. Salary is £37,000 basic plus benefits, with a 4-on 4-off shift pattern (12-hour shifts).

PROCESS / PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Job Title: Process / Production Operative
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Salary: Basic £37,000 plus Benefits
Shift: 4on 4off (2 Days, 2 Nights, 4off), 12 Hour Shifts.

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, maintaining company quality standards, ensuring the factory runs to full capacity, ensure the production plan is on time as well as some warehouse duties.
