Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Process / Production Operative for a heavy industrial manufacturing site in Brydekirk, Annan. You will join a small team and help keep production running safely and on schedule.

The role requires hands-on work, a good attitude, and the ability to work Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with physical duties and some warehouse tasks. A forklift license and prior manufacturing exposure are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Process Operative.
• Physically fit with ability to complete manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health & safety standards and quality control.
• Keep production on track and ensure the plan is followed.
• Assist with warehouse duties and general site tasks.

PROCESS / PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Job Title: Process / Production Operative

Location: Brydekirk, Annan

Salary: Basic £29,000 plus Benefits

Shift: Monday – Friday Days (8am – 5pm)

Job Role of the Process / Production Operative

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, maintaining company quality standards, ensuring the factory runs to full capacity, ensure the production plan is on time as well as some warehouse duties.

• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
• Process Operative experience.

• Strong process and operational knowledge.
• Physically fit with the ability to complete manual handling and manual labour tasks.
• Good Attitude.
• Team Player and Flexible.
• Willing to complete various duties and tasks.

Desirable Requirements for the Process / Production Operative

• Worked on continuous improvement projects.
• Worked within a heavy industrial environment.
• Hold a ForkLift Truck Licence.
• Weighbridge or Planning Experience.
