Ambitions Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Melton Mowbray. This full-time role offers an immediate start and the potential to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will join a friendly production team and receive full training to perform tasks to the required standard. Successful applicants will work 06:00-14:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be working as part of a hands-on production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, finished and prepared to the required standard.

Your duties may include:

• Operating production equipment and machinery.
• Assisting with various production and finishing processes.
• Preparing materials and products for the next stage of production.
• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Packing and preparing completed orders.
• Following production instructions and company procedures.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
• Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous production experience as well as those looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.

You'll need to be:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Practical and hands-on.
• Able to follow instructions accurately.
