The Best Connection are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join their busy team in the Crawley/Gatwick area. This hands-on role involves quality checks, packing for dispatch and moving stock around the warehouse.

You will receive full training, ongoing full-time work, weekly pay and opportunities for long-term employment. A positive attitude, good communication, and reliability are essential; please note site needs a full UK driving licence.

Production Operative

Location: Crawley / Gatwick Area

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am - 3:30pm

Contract: Full-Time | Ongoing

Start Date: Immediate

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out quality checks on products.
• Removing damaged or defective items from the production line.
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the team to ensure production deadlines are met.

What You’ll Need

Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the site location.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to complete a 5‑year background check and DBS check.
