Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an assembly operative role in the Coventry area for a well-known automotive seat manufacturer. The position suits those with automotive or manufacturing experience and the ability to meet the demands of a production line.

Inductions will happen asap, with shifts from 06:00 to 13:30 or 13:30 to 21:00, Monday to Friday, plus options for overtime. Benefits include an on-site canteen, free parking, weekly pay and online payslips.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a well-known automotive seat manufacturer within the Coventry area who are looking for Assembly Operatives to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity, ideally suited to candidates that have previous automotive, or manufacturing skills and are able to meet the physical demands of a busy production line.

Inductions will happen asap.

• 06:00 - 13:30 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 - 13:00 Friday
• 13:30 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday & 13:00 - 20:00 Friday

Pay rate:

• Rotation - £14.62 per hour

Duties:

Your duties as an operative may include but are not limited to:

• Building quality car seats for a very well-known brand
• Working as part of a team to pick parts and assemble seats
• Acting responsibly to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Working quickly and efficiently to deadlines
• Quality Control

• On-site canteen within a modern, clean shop floor

Previous experience of working within a fast paced production and assembly environment would be an advantage for this role.
