Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd's client, a global automotive leader, is hiring Production Operatives at their Fradley Park facility to support the assembly of car interiors in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on a 3-shift rotation with mornings, afternoons and nights; weekly pay, on-site parking, full training and potential permanent opportunities. You will assemble components, operate production machinery, perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

Our client is a global leader in automotive manufacturing, and is looking for hardworking and reliable

Production Operatives to join their team at their Fradley Park facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, producing high-quality car interiors for some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers.

Please note this is a 3 rotational shift pattern, no static shift available.

Mornings: Monday - Friday - £15.17ph (inclusive of shift allowance)

Afternoons:

Monday - Friday

- £15.17ph (inclusive of shift allowance)

Nights: Monday to Thursday £17.15ph (inclusive of shift allowance)

Key Duties:

• Assembly of automotive components to production standards
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Quality checking products throughout the manufacturing process
• Following work instructions and health & safety procedures
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
