Our client in Corby is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.

You will work as part of a team in a busy galvanizing factory environment.

Applicants must be very reliable, physically fit, and able to work well in a fast-paced production environment where customer service and product quality are key.

Additional Details

• Monday to Friday rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons)
• Monday to Friday permanent night shifts
• Occasional heavy lifting
• Competitive pay rates with structured increases

Shift Patterns

• 06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 (rotating weekly)
• 21:30-06:00 (permanent night shift; training on days for 2 weeks 08:00-16:30)

Benefits and Pay Rates

During the first 4 weeks (training):

• £12.30/hr standard hours
• £18.45/hr overtime Mon-Sat
• £24.60/hr overtime Sunday
• £55/week PM shift allowance
• £94/week night shift allowance

After 4 weeks, pay increases to:

• £13.00/hr standard hours
• £19.50/hr overtime Mon-Sat
• £26.00/hr overtime Sunday
• Allowances remain the same

After 12 weeks, upon permanent employment, further increases and bonuses apply:

• £14.20/hr standard hours
• £21.30/hr overtime Mon-Sat
• £28.40/hr overtime Sunday
• Additional bonuses
