Job Description:

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a General Operative with Forklift License to support a manufacturing and production business. The role involves:

• Supporting the production team in various duties including working on the line, picking and packing, and labeling
• Manual handling tasks
• Forklift duties such as operating a forklift, loading/unloading materials, stacking, and inventory organization
• Inspecting equipment, maintaining safety standards, and handling hazardous materials if applicable
• Warehouse organization, team collaboration, and general maintenance

This position requires adherence to health and safety procedures due to manual handling and industrial environment. The pay rate starts from £14.46 per hour. Working hours are day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Applicants must have their own transport as the location is outside of public transport routes. The role is immediate and may be ongoing for the right candidate. An external counterbalance forklift license is required.
