Job summary

Pertemps Southampton is recruiting a Production Operative Nights in the Waterlooville area to join an injection moulding business. The role offers an ongoing contract with a permanent position for the right candidate and starts ASAP.

Training and induction are provided, with nights from 22:00 to 06:00 and a basic pay rate of £13.33ph PAYE. Working days are Monday to Friday, ensuring accurate paperwork, quality checks, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Punctual, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Desirable: previous injection moulding experience.
• Full training provided and ongoing induction.
