Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is hiring a Production Operator for our Norwich site on a 7pm–7am shift pattern (3 on, 4 off; 4 on, 3 off). The role focuses on producing high‑quality snack products safely and efficiently, supporting a collaborative team environment.

You will develop skills and build your career with us, contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes and product quality on the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important.
• Food production experience would be an advantage.
• Eye for detail to ensure high standards.
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality
• Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Recording production data accurately
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid
