Job summary

Four Anjels Ltd. in Cheltenham is seeking a hands-on bakery production operative for a full-time role. You will prepare, bake and finish cakes, biscuits and brownies, and ensure consistent quality across batches in a clean, well-organised factory.

The role involves measuring ingredients, packing products for dispatch, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Training will be provided, and overtime is available with additional pay.

Qualifications

• Following recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Preparing, baking and finishing our cakes, biscuits and brownies.
• Measuring, weighing and labelling ingredients, and checking they're within date.
• Working on the packing line, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Following correct food handling practices and keeping records up to date where needed.
• This role involves regularly lifting and carrying items.
• Completing all relevant training as required and picking up new tasks as you grow.

Job description

This is a hands-on, full-time production operative role in our bakery. You'll be directly involved in preparing, baking and finishing our cakes, biscuits and brownies, helping us maintain high standards and consistency across every batch, in a clean, well-organised factory. No weekend work is required, but optional overtime is available when required and paid at time and at a half-enhanced rate.
