Position: Multi-skilled Operative

Working Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Are you a hands-on individual who loves working with tools and timber?

Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is looking to hire a Multi-skilled Operative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Use hand and power tools to assemble timber trusses, including cutting, joining, and fastening of trusses.
2. Conduct quality control and inspect finished goods.
3. Assist with manual handling tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
4. Collaborate with team members, bringing positive energy and a teamwork mindset.
5. Opportunity to progress and learn new skills, including operating saw machines (no previous experience required).
6. Knowledge of timber would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, providing a good work-life balance.
