Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated, reliable and hardworking production operative.

As a Production Operative you will work on a busy production line and be responsible for the quality control and correct usage of products specific to our client. Ensuring you are compliant with all site procedures and health & safety, you will liaise with all management and other team members, following instruction as required at all times. Reporting directly to your supervisor at the start and end of each shift.

You will be expected to work efficiently under pressure in this busy production environment. Some production or warehouse experience is desired but this is not essential as full training will be provided. Working alongside a passionate team in an exciting, fast-moving environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate must:

• Be able to work Rolling Shifts 6-2pm and 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6pm
• Be fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Not have any allergies or asthma due to the nature of the environment
• Be able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly

Paid breaks – 40 hour week, overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours £18.00 per hour

Pay: £12.25 p/h Temp to Perm opportunity
