Job summary

Quest Employment is recruiting Production Operatives in Brackley to join a busy production environment handling animal waste products. The role involves heavy lifting and manual work, with strong smells, and requires physical fitness.

Join a hands-on team with a rota for 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday. Ongoing work with full training provided and a pay rate of £15.65 per hour. Suitable for candidates with warehouse or production experience who are reliable and punctual.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy production environment in Brackley, working with animal waste products.

This is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting and manual work, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in an environment where there may be strong and unpleasant smells.

About You

• Previous production, warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous

• Must be comfortable working with animal products and animal waste

• Must be comfortable working in a smelly environment

• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting

• Reliable and punctual

• Flexible and able to work 4 or 5 days per week on a rota

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
