Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking Production Operatives to join the Foundry Department at our Billingham site. Immediate start, ongoing work, and long-term opportunities are available.

You will work in the Foundry Department performing tasks such as pouring sand into moulds, assisting with production, maintaining safety and quality, and carrying out housekeeping and labouring duties. Shifts run 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00 with different hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or foundry environments desirable.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, and nights.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Available for an immediate start.

The Role

Shift Pattern & Pay Rates

• 6:00am - 2:00pm | £15.71 per hour
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £16.93 per hour
• 10:00pm - 6:00am | £17.60 per hour (includes shift premium)
