Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (milk filling) at our Bellshill site. This role involves operating manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products. Candidates should have a strong team ethic, be results-driven, and proactive.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent (39 hours)

Salary: Starting from £12.19/hour (base pay) plus premiums for weekends, holidays, and unsociable hours:

• 1.25x Basic Hourly Rate (Saturday)
• 1.5x Basic Hourly Rate (Sunday)
• 2x Basic Hourly Rate (Public Holidays)
• 23% Basic Hourly Rate (6 pm - 4 am unsociable hours)
• Overtime: 1.5x Basic Hourly Rate on public holidays

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotational shifts, AM/PM, 5 out of 7 days

Location: Bellshill

Key Duties

• Operate machinery and processes effectively to meet production targets
• Maintain hygiene standards as per workplace protocols
• Perform system upkeep and related responsibilities
• Conduct cleaning activities
• Perform quality control inspections to meet customer expectations
• Replenish materials as needed
• Carry out first-line maintenance checks
