Brightwork Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for Production operatives to join our prestigious family-owned drinks client based in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, North Lanarkshire.

The rate of pay for Production Operative is £15.59 - £17.63 per hour.

Working hours vary weekly depending on client demand, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours across a range of patterns, including:

• Early shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm & Friday 6am-11:30am)
• 12 hour shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am)

Applicants must be able to provide a full 2-year work history for referencing.

Due to food hygiene regulations, strict cleanliness standards apply. PPE is provided, and items such as false eyelashes, nail varnish, and jewellery (except a plain wedding band) cannot be worn on shift.

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Hand-packing products (alcohol)
