Job summary

Brightwork, in partnership with a leading drinks manufacturer, invites applications for Production Operators in Bathgate. This temporary role offers valuable experience in a fast-paced production environment and the potential for ongoing employment with a highly regarded drinks business.

You will work either day or backshift, Monday to Friday, with hourly pay of £13.14 plus a backshift allowance and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' continuous work history, with references.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments; drinks industry desirable.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork; commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bottling line to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor production process and perform basic testing and quality checks.
• Package finished product for shipment.
• Receive training and learn from experienced professionals.

Brightwork, in partnership with a well-established and highly successful drinks manufacturing company, is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Production Operators to join their reputable facility in Bathgate.

This is a temporary position with the potential for ongoing employment, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading manufacturer within the drinks industry.

Working Hours

Candidates will work one of the following shifts:

Day Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 to 14:00
• Overtime available to meet business requirements

Backshift

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00 to 22:00
• Overtime available to meet business requirements
• Additional shift allowance applies

Pay Rate

• £13.14 per hour
• Additional shift allowance for backshift
• Overtime opportunities available

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of two years' continuous work history, which can be supported by references
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous experience within the drinks industry is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A strong commitment to maintaining quality, health and safety standards
• A reliable and flexible approach to work

Prior experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Associate, or Factory Operative is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
