Production Operative - Corrugator Team Member (Pitman Shift)Location: Blunham, DS SmithRate: £15.46 per hour (paid breaks)Contract Length: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced production operative? Do you consider yourself to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an asset to a busy team? Are you based in or around Blunham?

We have a Temp to Perm Corrugator Team Member role available at DS Smith. This role is ideal for someone with machine operating experience and a safety-first approach.

Working Hours:

• Pitman Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts with Days and Nights)
• Company standard working hours are 42 per week. Approved working beyond these hours is considered overtime, paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday and x2 for Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
• Maintain consistent quality standards.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
