We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our client based in Syston, Leicester.

As a Production Operative, you will be joining a well-established production team.

Pay Rate for a Production Operative:

• £13.61 per hour

Hours for a Production Operative:

• Monday to Friday rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

The Role of a Production Operative:

• Operate production machinery.
• Manual packing.
• Perform and document product inspection.
• Use the company ERP system to perform stock transactions.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following good workplace practices.
• Safely use mechanical aids such as manual pallet trucks.
• Understand and adhere to the organization’s Quality Assurance systems, updating processes as needed.
• Undertake training and personal development to perform tasks competently.
• Deputise for supervisors when requested.
• Support production departments based on business needs.
• Participate in lean activities to support business goals.
• Train in manufacturing processes and train co-workers to standard.
• Represent the company with integrity both internally and externally, behaving professionally at all times.
