Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Operator, Manufacturing Operative, or Machine Operative.
• Ability to operate machinery such as Gantry Crane, Rolling Line, Straightening or Welding machine.

• Receive training to operate relevant machinery and equipment.

BRC is one of the largest suppliers of steel reinforcement and associated products for concrete.To support ongoing growth plans, our Barnsley depot has undergone a multi-million pound investment in brand new state of the art machinery which will set us apart from our UK competitors and provide further opportunities for our workforce.

Without our Production Operators, we wouldnt be a market leader. Our finished products can be found in iconic projects such as the Severn Cross, Wembley Stadium and the Shard.

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital part in our production process. You will use your existing knowledge and experience, whilst learning new skills and receiving training to operate the relevant machinery and equipment. This could range from Gantry Crane to a Rolling Line, Straightening or Welding machine.
