THH Recruitment in Normanton is seeking an Assembly Operative to join a leading car parts manufacturing company. The role involves working on machinery to produce high-quality parts with precision and adhere to safety guidelines.

You will rotate between mornings, afternoons, and nights, with a 3-shift pattern. The position requires a motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to meeting production targets.

• Previous machine/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a 3 shift pattern.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Please note this position is working a three rotating shift pattern :-

5:45am-1:45pm Week 1 –Mornings

1:45pm – 21:45pm Week 2 –Afternoons

21:45pm – 05:45pm Week 3 –Nights

You must be able to work ALL 3 shifts, if you cannot work all 3 shifts please do not continue your application.

Role: Machine Operative

Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday):

PM Shift: 1:45 pm – 9:45 pm

Night Shift: 9:45 pm – 5:45 am
