You will lead a team of operations personnel, manage production targets, and implement best practices to optimize output and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators and technicians.
• Monitor production equipment performance and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
