Production Operations Manager
The Production Operations Manager will be part of the Senior Management Team working to meet the diverse production requirements of the business and help to ensure smooth running of the nursery. The Senior Team have an overview of daily running and look strategically at the business needs. Monitor KPI’s to ensure the financial performance. Take decisions on staffing, budgets and developing plans for future capital expenditure.
Daily management of the finished pot production and growing teams along with associated operations to pot, grow and maintain crops in a timely and efficient manner to meet production plans and customer timings. Working with the Operations Manager, overseeing and supporting Stock Control and Despatch functions in striving for operational efficiency and deliver greater than our budgeted sellout.

Candidates must have proven organisational skills and leadership. Previous experience in a management role and ability to work as part of a management team. Very good IT skills, working extensively with Microsoft Excel and PIVOT table. Technical and management training. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Excellent attention to detail and high standard of quality.
