Job summary

Reap is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients move from interest to live deployments with technical guidance. You'll own L2/L3 support during the EMEA shift, lead cross-system investigations, and drive engineering escalations with precise evidence. You will build strong client relationships and surface product gaps early.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows and collaboration with CG, Engineering, and Product in a remote, international team across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure.
• Experience reading and debugging REST APIs; basic SQL.
• Client-first ownership and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 technical support across all product lines during the EMEA shift.
• Lead technical investigations across Snowflake/Metabase for data, New Relic for logs, Reap admin for state.
• Drive engineering escalations with structured evidence packs and client impact summaries.
• Build real relationships with EMEA clients through ongoing technical partnership.
• Spot patterns in tickets and surface product gaps to Engineering and Product.
• Collaborate across CG, Engineering, and Product to bridge technical reality and client context.
• Improve runbooks, escalation playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in P0/P1 incident response via incident.io and document timelines.
• Adopt AI-assisted investigation workflows and build internal tools.
