Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• COMAH site experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CI techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen.
• Experience delivering change or transformation in manufacturing or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics.
• Act as a bridge between business goals and site strategy, leading cross-functional teams.
• Support EHS in managing risks on a COMAH site.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, HSE and other disciplines.
• Review and ensure delivery of manufacturing plans.
