Job summary

Major Manufacturing in Cambridge seeks an experienced HSE Manager to own the site health, safety and environmental agenda. You will work with senior leaders while remaining visible on the factory floor to drive practical improvements.

This senior role offers visibility and responsibility for influencing short-term safety performance and long-term HSE culture within a live process-driven site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on COMAH experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead HSE strategy on a site and across senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable steps.
