Responsibilities

• Develop and promote lean manufacturing techniques across operations.
• Manage people, motivate and mentor team leaders and supervisors.
• Ensure health and safety standards and ISO quality systems are followed.
• Coordinate interdepartmental liaison to hit objectives.
